“Bought the Samsung 40" 7100, 2160p Smart 4K TV with the Samsung soundbar. Used optical cable that was included with the soundbar. Works great when we watch directtv. When we try to watch Netflix we get no sound out of the bar, just the tv. Please advise.”

That happen to us so what I did was that I went to my tv settings and changed the audio setting to the sound bar and it worked. I hope it works for you guys :)
