Q: QuestionI have a samsung tv 6 series. As I only have 2 inches clearance from the tabletop to the bottom of tv all the soundbars are too tall. What soundbar do you recommend? Tech from best buy said he has never seen a tv with such low legs. tv is inside a cabinet

• A:Answer I suggest adding wooden strips to the bottom legs of the TV to raise the height of the TV. The soundbar should now have the space needed.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between an HDMI cable and an HDMI/ARC cable ? I have a Samsung UN32N5300AEXZA and it has an HDMI/ARC connection in the back to hook-up to the soundbar. Do I need a special cable ?

• A:Answer Any decent modern HDMI cable should work. I understand some very old cables will not, 2012 and before. I used a basic hdmi cable from the ARC/HDMI out of my off brand tv to the sound bar. It synced up instantly and works great. I am very pleased with the bar, the tv’s internal speakers were severely lacking. You may have to turn your TVs internal speakers off, i did. It sounded better with just the sound bar.

• A:Answer Yes, the soundbar comes with an optical sound cable. If your TV is fairly modern (my TV is from 2015) it should have an optical sound cable plug in somewhere in the back of the TV. I believe you could also use an HDMI cable if your TV is a little older (HDMI cable not included).

• A:Answer Yes, as long as your dvd/cd connects to your tv. You have to connect the sound bar to your tv too. Ask best buy what kind of connector to get. Also, the sound bar can connect to your Iphone using a bluetooth.

• A:Answer Th sound volume varies by channel, I've complained to my provider with no fix available. You will need to play with the settings on both units until you find the combination you like. There are no set settings, this allows users to set it to there own preference.
