QuestionI have an Optical connection on the back of my TV. Before I buy this system, is it this simple: Plug an Optical cable from the soundbar into the Optical on the TV, turn on the TV, the soundbar and the Subwoofer, and the system finds itself and works?

- Answer Yes that pretty much sums it up. I did run my optical connection from my satellite box. You could also use HDMI cables in and out of the soundbar.

QuestionIf this is a 2.1 system shouldn't it come with 2 rear speakers?

- Answer The 2.1 means 2 speakers and a subwoofer. The soundbar contains the 2 speakers (right and left channels) and the subwoofer is just the subwoofer.

QuestionHi, Does Best Buy install the sound bar for an existing Samsung Smart TV (52")? The current TV is located above our fire place. If Best Buy installs the sound bar what is the installation cost/ Thank you, Joe

- Answer There's not much to install on a soundbar. Plug in the power, plug in your input (either optical or HDMI), and that's all. Connect it to your wireless subwoofer using the instruction manual.

QuestionMy sound bar is stuck on MAXVOL. I cannot bring down the volume. I lower the volume and it automatically increases to MAXVOL. Any suggestions appreciated

QuestionI ran the power source up my wall. Unfortunately, I am about 6 inches too short as the power block is against my whole in the bottom of the wall. I need an extender but I can’t figure out size of DC part that plugs in to the sound bar.

- Answer This soundbar has multiple input options: Bluetooth, HDMI, SPDIF Digital Optical, USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. So depending on what model echo you have, you should be able to use Bluetooth, and maybe the headphone jack if you have the 3rd gen.

QuestionI have connected Samsung Soundbar HW-M430 to a Samsung UHD TV Series 7. It keeps saying BT Pairing. I can't get any sound out of the sounder. I have a blue light on the Woofer. I've gone over all the connections and can't seem to get it working.

- Answer You have to enter your TV setup to set the blue tooth to your sound box. You could also call the manufaturer and they will walk you through the setup. Setup varies with each TV.

QuestionFinally got remote open. Awful how difficult it was, guess just so new but never ever had that issue before. Well, embarrassed saying bye! Almost took it back after a male couldn’t open it either.
