- Answer It can SWA – 9200S. We just bought that set today and it worked. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that we can only have two speakers connected. We were trying to upgrade to four speakers.

QuestionI am constantly turning down my TV because when commercials or different scenes come on it goes up very loud. I am very sensitive to sounds and want my volume to stay the same at all times regardless of what’s happening on the screen. Will this help??

- Answer Maybe, there is a smart feature that is suppose to automatically adjust the volume per say according to what yoyr viewing, I have found that by turning off this feature and setting it to a specific hearing mode helps with it.

- Answer Hi Brandon! We recommend resetting the soundbar by powering it off and then pressing and holding the Play/Pause button until it displays 'INIT OK'. Power on the soundbar, and then try pairing the soundbar to your phone again. If your issue persists, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8AM -12AM EST, 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you. ^Gina

- Answer Hi Bean! The HW-T450 Soundbar includes a subwoofer, which is designed specifically to use in conjunction with the soundbar. You are unable to pair a different subwoofer to the soundbar. ^Gina

QuestionI have a Samsung HW-T450/ZA sndbar + wrls subwoof w/SWA-85005 wireless rear spkrs. Everything was ok, it was powered off for apx. 2 weeks and now no sound from woffer or reak spk. Restart/boot & repaired 2x's, solid blue light on both, still not working

You may also want to initialize your HW-T450 Soundbar again by pressing the - + (volume) buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display when the soundbar is initialized. Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by Auto Update, using the SmartThings app, or by using a USB device. - Answer I have same TV make and model in 65 inch setup was easy and smooth. Disable any accessories during setup that are hooked to TV I had to then went in and paired up remote to TV or sometimes it won’t pick it up to add. Also be sure your TV is updated can cause a error for remote sync. Best of luck definitely recommend the Samsung - Wireless Rear Loudspeakers - Black to go with it makes experience more amazing and movies & gameplay awesome!

QuestionIf I put this on a Samsung TV, will it automatically power on when the TV is turned on? Or will I have to use its remote to power it on, and then the TV? I would rather not have to deal with power being separate and may sway me from getting a sound bar.

- Answer Hi LostInFlyoverState: In all configurations (Optical, Bluetooth, ARC, and Wi-Fi) when the TV is turned ON, the Soundbar will turn ON. If your soundbar is not turning on, it could be due to another reason. For example, if the Soundbar was used to connect to another device (say a smart phone), then it will remember the last device (smart phone) and wait for a command from that device (the smartphone) and ignore the TV ON command. If you have a Samsung TV, you can adjust the Soundbar’s volume using the IR remote control that came with your Samsung TV. First use the TV menu to set the TV audio on your Samsung TV to external speakers, then use your Samsung remote to control the Soundbar’s volume. ^Patty
