- Answer Under the LED touch pad option (see attached photo) if you have it, press the Hi/Lo/Off option until the light goes off.

- Answer The ME21F707MJT can be set up to vent externally through the top or back of the unit, or filtered air can be recirculated back into the room through the hidden vent in the top front of the Microwave. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

QuestionDoes this unit have the ablity to shut off the turn table?I have one that the table is square and goes left and right. works great for large 9/11 size pans.

QuestionDoes this model allow you to use the kitchen timer simultaneously with the cook feature. For example, if I am using the timer to time a cake in my oven and want to warm my coffee in the microwave, will the kitchen timer continue to count down?

QuestionWhy doesn’t my microwave work when I push my touch control buttons

- Answer Good question. Our was replaced shortly after installation. We tried all the recommended fixes. New door is better but getting worse. Also, light and fan turn on by themselves, even when we're not using the unit. Consumer Reports does not even rate Samsung, except to put it at the bottom of their reliability column. We've heard that it may be steam or heat from using the stove that causes the problem.

- Answer It’s manufactured with a chord for plugging into an outlet. You could remove the chord and hardwire into the unit, but that might be harder than putting in a surface mounted outlet in or near the unit installation space.

- Answer No, it doesn't have a steam option. There are plenty of table top microwaves; I wouldn't try to substitute this for a table top.
