- Answer Unless you use your microwave for most of your meals and more often than average then I would do a vented one just for the volume of cooking. If it is used as the average person uses one then non-vented is more than enough.

- Answer Hi Bernie! This model is designed to be mounted about a range or cooktop. Because of this, it will need to be mounted on a wall with the underside open. This will allow for proper ventilation. ^Jecca

QuestionIs there a zero clearance door for the hinge side? We were just was installed today, and the door only opens 45 degrees, because it is next to the refrigerator wall.

QuestionMy new Samsung over the range microwave ME21M706BAG leaves fingerprints every time someone touches it. So hard to keep clean. Is it not fingerprint resistant?

- Answer It is finger print resistant on the stainless steel but not on the door where the numbers are located. We have to wipe ours down periodically.

QuestionI can't vent to the outside and some ovens don't have downdraft ventilation, therefore, can you turn on the microwave ventilation if you're not using the microwave but only using the range underneath it, and is that sufficient ventilation?

QuestionMicrowave is loud when running and when you open and close the door. Sounds like area is under construction and missing insulation around it. Its so loud you can hear it throughout the house. Works but annoying. Only a year old. Any way to fix?
