with the right cables or adapters to fit your computer is the determining factor, not the monitors. Take a picture of the back of your computer to Best Buy and they will help you get or order the right cables and/or adapters.

The deciding factor is whether or not it has a video out port (be it DisplayPort (inc. Mini DP), HDMI, DVI, VGA (aka D-SUB), etc...). If it does have one, it'll work just fine, simply use that port to plug the All-in-One into the 2nd monitor, and the OS should do the rest for you.
