The 32" width will allow the door hinges to clear so the doors can swing open, but not enough for the handles to clear. At the point where the handles would make contact, you would need at least 3"-4" of clearance on each side to open the doors 90 degrees. Fortunately, taking into account the 30-1/2" case depth of the Refrigerator plus the 2" recommended clearance behind it, the handles should clear both the 31" and 38" depth constraints, permitting the doors to open 90 degrees. Please keep in mind, however, that it may be necessary to pull the Refrigerator forward a bit when it's necessary to remove the bins entirely, such as to clean them, since the doors will need to be opened wider than 90 degrees.
