Our ice maker has been frozen for months. So, yes, it seems they still have that problem.

We only have had it for a couple weeks. We have not had any problems yet. We also heard the same info on the ice maker. We bought the insurance through the Geek Squad, if it fails hopefully they can fix it. But otherwise we really like it.
