“What is the side clearance needed in order to open the doors? How close to the wall can I put this where it won't hit the wall while opening the door fully?”

• It can't really be set in past the the body of the refridgerator.. The door hinges are such that the door edge comes out approx 1.25" when opened.

• I would say at least three inches. I have one inch between the door and wall and it does not open all the way.

• The recommended space between the wall in the refrigerator is 1 inch or more. The doors on the refrigerator only open all the way and are designed to not hit the counter.
