Q: QuestionThe biggest problem with the Samsung is that nobody services them!! We've had problems with our ice maker/ dispenser since we've had it-2 years. Right not it does not function. ☹️

• A:Answer Hi my ice maker and water dispenser did not work until I found that the control lock was on. I turned it off by holding the energy saver button for 3 seconds the water and ice dispenser started working again.

• A:Answer I don't believe there's an option for that. The water coming out of ours is quite cold - colder than our previous frig for sure. If yours doesn't seem cold, I would definitely place a service call.

• A:Answer There is a flip up shelf on the right side in the fridge not on the door. See picture below. And I don’t use the door storage for the gallon items because I need the space for condiments.

• A:Answer Do NOT use a knife. If you have a warranty you will risk losing coverage. The best thing to use and recommended is a steamer. Can be bought on Amazon for ~$30. I work in the warranty business and have had to deny many claims due to people using knifes or hair dryers.

Q: QuestionRosi- I wish you would read my question. I can read in the description what the temperatures for the flex department are. My question was, "What does Samsung intend to be stored at those temperatures" since none of them or true fridge or freezer temps.
