- Answer I don't know why it comes with the doors uneven, but ours was that way at the start. The refrigerator has spacers that can be put in the hinges to level the doors. We did that and our doors are now even. The installer should have done this upon installation.

QuestionHow quickly does the flex zone drawer get cool after initial installation? My freezer and frig has reached temperature but the flex zone drawer still feels like almost warm. I have it set on "cold drink".

- Answer It took me a bit to figure it out. I put it on [meat -1 degree] for cans of soda. One Coca Cola can burst when rolling around on back of drawer because it was frozen. Now if I keep all sodas upright and not just rolling around No Problem! Plenty cold now and no more explosions!

- Answer Yes...just checked...it does have wheels. I did not install it and it is correctly leveled so I do not know how easy it is to move. I would assume it moves as easy as a large fridge can. So far we love this fridge. Good luck. Mike

QuestionPurchased this model and been using since Dec 2016. Overall love the fridge. The problem? The ice maker does not work properly...maybe two cubes at random intervals. What's the best way to resolve this issue?

- Answer I had a similar problem and I followed the instructions in the manuel to open up the ice cube maker and reset it. Now it works fine. Hope this helps!

- Answer I dont know how but I am going to say yes, we got this refrigerator about a month ago and we use both crush and cube and it stays on the last used which is mostly cubed.
