“Our refrigerator is not producing ice. Can you please explain?”

Did you try raising the temperature of the freezer 1-2 degrees? I just did that and waiting for results. I am going to get a real thermometer to check and see if the digital readout is accurate. I bet it's colder in there causing trouble.
