“How do I know if the fridge is in demo mode? Every time I open the doors the fridge and light bars move up and down instead of staying in one place to indicate how cold they are. We got the fridge last night and hooked it up around 8pm, it is now 8 am.”

If the temperature bars are moving and the unit is not cooling, it appears that the refrigerator is in fact in demo mode. Please follow the steps included in this link to deactivate this and get the unit functioning as desired. (https://bit.ly/2KmEKCk),. ^Lo
