Why is the motors so loud on this model? null

Ours is quite noisy too. We have our old fridge (low end) and new Samsung temporarily in the same location. The Samsung is about twice as loud as the old one. I think it's actually louder than the dishwasher. Most reviews don't mention the noise. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with ours.
