A:AnswerI don't know about smudge proof but it's extremely smudge resistant. I've had mine a couple months now and very rarely do I see it smudged up (keep in mind I have a two year old).

A:AnswerMore than likely the ice cube maker has frozen up (ice in very back of "cold room" has plugged up the entrance to the ice bucket) which can be caused by any number of scenarios — mainly by using the ice crusher app too often. Best bet — call your Geek Squad (if you have a Geek Squad warranty) or Samsung so they can send someone out to follow up on the 1 year warranty from Samsung.
A:AnswerI don’t have a specific measurement on the depth of the hinges but I can tell you the refrigerator is roughly 68 ¾” tall (we measured in store) to the top, excluding the hinges. We needed it to fit a very tight space because of cabinets and trim above the refrigerator, but the cabinets were not as deep as the counter, so it was not an issue. So really, it depends on how far out your cabinets/trim comes out from the wall because for us the refrigerator extends about 6” (not including doors) from our regular depth counter tops.
A:AnswerCall the support number with the model number. It should be inside the fridge. Samsung will help you out, they have for all my other appliances
A:AnswerHi Sue,
The RF263BEAESP has only one type of handle available. Samsung's 4DoorFlex and certain Food Showcase Side by Side models do have pocket-style handles that are perfectly flush, however; examples include the RF32FMQDBSR, RH29H9000SR and RH22H9010SR.
Thanks for your interest,
Ms. Samsung
A:AnswerEnergy Guides were re-done recently to reflect the higher energy costs in most areas and a new calculation of costs....The units are the same, and the usage is the same; the new guides are just more accurate and (I agree) need to be updated on the website.
A:AnswerThanks for your interest in the RF263BEAESP. This model is designed for use in the United States, and requires a 115V/60 Hz/11.6 amp power supply. The warranty would not cover service in Korea.
