• No. The ice drops into a compartment with a small opening and is delivered out the front door. The manufacturer warns to keep hands ot of that opening.

• No. But the ice bucket does come out, so you could remove the ice bucket to fill a large container.

• sort of. You need to pull out the ice cube container. Not the best design.
