A:AnswerIt's flat mostly. When you install it, you can raise it up to close the gap under the counter top via the feet and to level it. I think I was able to raise it to about 2" from the floor at it's lowest point.
A:AnswerYes, it took me awhile to get accustomed to this. I found that pulling the rack out just a little bit further gave it enough weight to keep the door flat while loading.
Just as an FYI, I didn’t think I would care about the automatic open at end of cycle but it’s really nice!
