Thank you for the question. The condensation drying system in the DMT400RHS combines the warm air from inside the dishwasher with cooler air from the outside, which a fan then removes the moisture from before it is released through the vent. Since the air from the exhaust is relatively moisture and humidity free, it should not damage your wood floors. - Ms. Samsung
