“Is there an error code a technician needs to reset every year?”

• Buy a dif brand! Samsung makes great phones and tv's however the same quality is not in dishwasher

• Primary control board in these machines are defective. You can flip the breaker in the basement and reset it but the error code will come back. I replaced the board twice, three boards have failed. Even the updated ones. Don't dump money into it. Buy a new one, not a Samsung.

• Hi Curious, Error codes are intended to help a technician diagnose an issue with the Dishwasher and fix it. There isn't an error code that requires an annual reset. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung
