The silverware is separated,layed out on the rack. Since it's not touching in the bins it comes out sparkling. Better than my old kitchen aid. Only issues I have had so far is control panel is very sensitive,power turns on just brushing against it and to install you need to buy an elbow piece that should come with it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NOT ALWAYS. SOMETIMES THINGS UP THERE NEED TO BE RINSED BY HAND INTENDED FOR LARGE UTENSILS AND OTHER SMALL ODD SHAPED THINGS WE USE IT FOR BABY BOTTLE TOPS/NIPPLES AND THEY USUALLY COME OUT WITH A FILM ON THEM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the top tray gets clean. I love this dishwasher! I find I use that top tray frequently for items that would have normally fallen during the wash cycle. I highly recommend as my experience has been very good with this dishwasher thus far.
