“The black rubber gasket at bottom of door is falling apart and turning everything black.how do I get it replaced”

Mine has done the same thing. It is not listed as a separate part. After talking with several samsung reps the door would need to be replaced, just to get that gasket. That is just one of many issues i have with my samsung dishwasher. There is not enough room on this chat to list all the other issues i have or have had with my other samsung appliances. Caveat emptor!!!
