“I purchased this dishwasher and am wondering if I should contact BestBuy about my warranty. No matter which cycle I use, Quick, or Heavy/Sanitize it takes at least 3 hours for the dishwasher to complete the washing process. Heavy/Sanitize takes 4-5 hrs.”

Mine is the same way. Didn't use it for 3 months during remodeling and now water won't go to washer. I paid $799 3 years ago for this machine.....now they want another $350 to fix it.
