A:AnswerMine has done the same thing. It is not listed as a separate part. After talking with several samsung reps the door would need to be replaced, just to get that gasket. That is just one of many issues i have with my samsung dishwasher. There is not enough room on this chat to list all the other issues i have or have had with my other samsung appliances. A:AnswerBegin by turning "POWER" on (upper left button). Select desired wash cycle ("Auto, Normal, Heavy, Quick"). Select "Sanitize" (far right lower button), finally, press "START" (upper right button). The "AUTO" and "Sanitize" lights should both be on. Hope this helps.

Using the "Sanitize" option does increase the temp, also, adding "Jet-Dry" (or similar) as a rinse aid, does help in the drying process. Hope this helps.
