• They will but you have to choose that option upon purchase and there is an additional cost for that service. Their installation techs are awesome and I had no issues.

• Installation was not included but they did offer to do it for me at the price of a plumber. They will haul your dishwasher away for $15. I donated mine to Habitat for Humanity.

• Delivery and install are two separate days. They do take the old one away after installation.

• You can arrange for them to do the install and remove the old machine. There is a charge for this. Some plumbing involved, so it's not cheap. But they did a good job for us, were prompt and courteous.
