• It does not. To combat this, run your sink on hot for about 30 seconds to get the warm water to the washer. Then start the cycle. Hope that helps.

• This dishwasher has a "smart control" that is suppose to sensor automatically and adjust the cycle length based on amount of food and incoming water temperature. You should also turn on your sink faucet to bring up the hot water before you start filling the dishwasher.

• Yes your dishes will come out clean. My water in kitchen is also warm for some reason we can't seem to ever get it hot. But the unit does it all.
