Have gone through the product troubleshooting and Q&A info and no problems found with water pressure, temp, nozzle, etc. We purchased all new Samsung appliances and happy with all except dishwasher. I know this is still under warranty, but what is the simplest way to get this frustrating problem resolved without further frustration or expense? Thank you.”

I'm sorry I can't answer your question, I'd just like to say that if you're able to get a refund/replacement on this dishwasher, then do it. Mine just turned a year old and is no longer covered by warranty. It stopped working yesterday so I had to get a repairman out to look at it and the motor is shot. I had it repaired 4 times this previous year---I am now looking for a new dishwasher. So yeah, only 1 year old of very light use and it's totally useless now. Best wishes.

If you've tried all of the suggested troubleshooting, and your water pressure and temperature are set appropriately, the spray nozzles aren't clogged, and you're using the recommended amount and type of detergent, then your dishwasher may require service.
