• You should always loop the drain hose higher than the inlet for the disposal

• It is not required if you have a drainage relief at the connection. I installed high loop either way.

• Eloy, the dishwasher drainage hose needs to be installed with a minimum height of at least 30 inches. Please see this link for more details.
