QuestionWe purchased this dishwasher in September 2018 and the heating element quit working several months ago. So, in approximately 8 months the heating/drying element no longer works..disappointing. What does the manufacture offer in terms of a warranty?

QuestionI used this new dishwasher twice and even though the dishes are decent dry, the top roof of the dishwasher is covered with huge drops of water completely. BTW I used rinse aid. Is this an ongoing problem? Shouldn't the machine be dry inside?

QuestionFirst time using my new dishwasher. After drying time has ended there is still water all on sides and inside top of dish washer. Dishes are not dry. Is there a problem with the washer.

QuestionHow much is it to install this dishwasher and haul away the old one

- Answer they charged me $295 as a package price to include delivery, installation and haul away the old one. the additional fees that I had to pay were: 1) in my town, we have to apply for a city permit which would cost $25. 2) installation kit that costs $29.95 for new hoses connection, elbow, screws, etc.

QuestionHi There, we ran the dishwasher for the first time and now there is water in the bottom that drains about every ten minutes. We've read the manual but cant figure out what is is? The delay start? We cleared the drain? Unplugged it? Any suggestions?

- Answer The pump has likely failed. The drain pump on mine failed after the first month, but it took 3 additional months to get a technician sent out at no cost to me. I was told over and over that the noise I was reporting had been documented as "normal", therefor the technician charge wouldn't be covered under warranty. I had the same issue with water collecting in the basin as well. I resorted to emailing the president of the corporation and a report to the BBB before the problem was fixed, at no charge to me. I would encourage you to insist on the machine being repaired, as the manufacturer's expense, and don't take no for an answer. Best of luck!

- Answer Definitely not smudge proof. And after less then a year here are rust spots which Samsung doesn't cover under warranty. I do not live in a tropical location either.
