• No this is a "true" All-in-0ne" Desktop (no batteries). It comes with wireless keyboard/mouse so easy transport is definitely a value-add. Speaker doesn't sound half-bad, either!

• No, If you unplug it it will turn off. It's all wireless but the desktop itself needs to be plugged into a power source.
