“Received this fridge yesterday and I am not able to get any water to dispense. I looked behind the fridge and there is no shut off value just the hose connected to the water source so I am wondering what the issue could be.”

Maybe there's air in the hose. It may take a while to let the air out depending how long the hose is. Are there any leaking problems?

It took a few minutes to get water to come out of the spout.
