Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.how cold is your freezer set at? If it's set to warm as soon as you touch something your issue would happen. Ours was set on 0 but that seemed to cold our ice cream was like a brick so we turned it up to 3 degrees. might have to turn it up a few degrees more. I would check your settings first.
