Thanks for your interest. You're correct that the RF260BEAESR and RF261BEAESR are very similar; both feature Samsung's signature Twin Cooling system, Cool Select Pantry drawer, new HE LED lighting, and an internal water filter providing filtered water to the automatic ice dispenser in the freezer. The difference between the two is the addition of an internal water dispenser in the latter RF261 model. - Ms. Samsung

the only difference I know of is a water dispenser inside on the left of the rf261,the rf260 does not have it.(I have the rf260,and I looked at both models).
