Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when you open the fridge it is on the left side just past the door hinge. Great for someone who doesn't want a toddler to have access. Downside is its difficult to fill a 1gallon pitcher or a disposable cup. We love the feature because we have a 2 year old daughter
