Questionwe bought this refrigerator almost a month. It works well and very quiet. but occasionaly you will hear "clunk " noise. we don't use ice maker and turn it off. Not sure if this is big problem?

- Answer I used a short extension cord I bought at Home Depot of same thickness with the 3 prong end on it works perfect my electrical outlet was far as well.

- Answer It should only be periodically. Could be ice maker, but like all refrigerators these days, they self-defense, monitor temp and self adjust. That is your occasional noise and chirp.

QuestionThe specs say that the defrost type is manual. What does that mean? I understood it was frost free.

- Answer Automatic, no doubt about it.. There are no fridges in this price range that would have manual defrost.. Maybe you were reading about the ice maker.. But even that is somewhat automated (as far as ice making goes, dispensing is manual: you have to reach into the freezer and scoop the ice cubes out yourself..)

QuestionI'm interested in purchasing this refrigerator. However, my doorway measures 33". Does the best buy team dissemble it in order to make it fit through the doorway.

- Answer The team that came to install ours (Best Buy team) took the handles off the doors of the fridge (very easily done, next time if you move it yourself, you can do it in less than 5 min), and then it fits through most any doorway. If supertight, the doors themselves can be taken off hinges, a abit more time, but totally doable
