“Does this model have the water pooling under the crisper bins problem? Older french-door Samsung fridges had this problem, where the evaporator coil freezes and retains water. So the water leaks into the crisper bins or pools underneath them. Has this issue been resolved with the newer models?”

I have had this fridge for a few months now and have not noticed any water pooling in the fridge or freezer.

I have not had this problem yet. Have had it almost 2 months. Crisper still dry!!!

Hi Todd, As mentioned previously, Samsung Refrigerators are designed to cool properly without leaking.
