Q: QuestionOur Westinghouse refrigerator, we just bought a couple weeks ago. Only dispenses enough cold water (8 oz ) and then a few hrs to recoup. Will anything like this be the same problem, with the Samsung?
Asked by Critter.
This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - 27.4 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Large Capacity - Black Stainless Steel
- A:Answer Hello Critter, I can completely understand how frustrating it would be to only get 8 ounces of cold water. Our refrigerators are similar in the way that they do have water reservoir but I am happy to tell you that ours hold about 2 liters or 67 ounces of water. When the water is used up, you only need about 15 minutes for the reservoir to chill the water again. ^Ty

Q: QuestionI am absolutely thrilled with this fridge!! Except for one thing....my fridge gets too cold, freezes my veggies in the veggie drawer. I adjusted the temp and it was a bit better but then the things in the fridge weren't very cold, can this be fixed?
Asked by Dedee.
This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - 27.4 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Large Capacity - Stainless Steel
- A:Answer On each shelf of the freezer you will see a little rectangle opening. That is where the cold air comes out from. Make sure that on every shelf it is cleared - not covered. When you do that the fridge will not freeze your items.
