QuestionI just recently replaced the water filter but the "Filter" in red is still showing up like it needs to be changed. How can that be reset since it isn't an apparent automatic happening upon replacing the water filter?

- Answer Hi there Mike! I'm happy to help with all your concerns. It sounds like the child lock might be engaged, causing the buttons on the control panel to not respond. As for the ice production, we generally recommend allowing 24-48 hours after installation for normal ice production to begin. QuestionWhat is the spacing between shelves?

- Answer There is plenty of room between shelves 8 (lower 2) to 10 inches (upper 2). Although the shelves are not adjustable; meaning you can't move them up and down you can always add containers to maximize the shelving space.
