one year warranty on all Samsung refrigerators. if something goes wrong within the year Samsung will send a company to repair. if called out 3 times same issue. Samsung will refund and let you buy whatever you want. answer based on personal experience. The service techs were excellent, the customer service on the phone was responsive, the refund had to be issued through best buy. Best buy treats as a store credit, you select what you want, if higher prices you pay difference.
