QuestionHelp! At the water dispenser, where you put your glass on, it says to tilt the tray at one end to be able to lift the tray and remove it to clean. I believe mine is all one piece, I cannot remove anything.

- Answer Great question scott! If you don't need or want to use the water filter in the refrigerator, just remove the filter. There is an automatic flap that will close to prevent leaks. ^Jecca

- Answer Great question Mae! There are a couple different ice related lights on the refrigerator. In the middle, there are indicator lights for Crushed and Cubed that will light up when that type of ice is selected to dispense. On the bottom right is the Ice Off button/indicator. When this is lit up it means the ice maker is turned off and will not produce ice. ^Jecca

QuestionFor those who have purchased this item, do you find yourself using the "Food Showcase" option? This refrigerator is available with and without that option. I am not convinced it is any easier than just opening the entire door.

- Answer We use the option daily. the shelf compartments can be removed and there is a separation between the refrigerator side and the door side. It makes it easier to remove and return items placed there.

QuestionI purchased and installed this Samsung - Showcase 27.8 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrig - Black stainless steel 10/22/18, and it has 2 issues. no water is coming in the unit for water or ice. Top area lighting only comes on for a few min after plugging

QuestionI purchased this ref. maybe 2 or so years ago, went to best buy to purchase an over the stove Microwave recently and had the chance to look at another one, and something seemed off from my unit. The doors are uneven. The delivery guys left it like this.

QuestionIs the stainless steel finish fingerprint resistant? Or is the fingerprint resistant finish just the black stainless finish?

- Answer It is not finger print resistant in the stainless steel. However the polish helps quite a bit! It was horrible until I used the stainless steel polish...now not so bad. Also I have a washer/dryer with black stainless Samsung and it is supposed to be but I still see smudges and it shows the dust and scratches. Hope this helps.

QuestionDoes this refrigerator have repair problems. The store that has this one has on on the floor with a little dent in the door, like a pinky dent small dent . With the packing foam on the bottom. Some plastic on drawers. Said it is new price lowered.
