“dispense panel buttons not working. To switch from water, cube ice, or crushed I have to use the panel inside of the fridge and that is a headache. The panel is not lock. Can anyone please advise thanks”

First off, you do not hold the area down which you are trying to get either water or ice. You barely touch it and it should change. If there is no light on the outside on your dispenser then you should contact Samsung. If your dispenser has a blue light underneath an option then you should be able to use the dispenser.
