“Does the freezer on this unit go to sub-zero temps? I've tried to adjust the freezer temperature, but after holding the button down for 3 seconds it does nothing else. Any info would be greatly appreciated.”

• Hi Help, Before you can change any settings, you first have to unlock the Control Lock by holding the button for 3 seconds. You will find the Control Lock at the bottom of the settings panel. Hope this helps
