“How long after installation before your flex drawer started cooling? 7 hrs now and refrig and freezer cold, however flex drawer no change in temp at all. Samsung online said wait 24-48hrs to drain huh? Our last one had worked immediately.”

I had the same issue. I called Samsung and they gave me directions on the control buttons to push and the temp started to drop immediately. Unfortunately, that was a while back and I don’t have the instructions handy.
