Yes the finger prints show and the ice dispenser is only big enough for glasses.

The stainless steel finish on this model is not smudge or fingerprint proof, but it can be cleaned easily with stainless steel cleaner. The angled dispenser area makes it easy to fill any size glass or pitcher, and is not designed for a container to sit on the recessed area.
