The doors will need to be off! The drivers figured that out after they had a hard time getting my old fridge out. Don't let them even try with the doors on, they will scratch and dent the doors and it will not fit!

I had no problem it fitting through my standard door even though it was a bit tight the guys were able to get it through

It most likely won't fit through your door. It wouldn't fit through our front door so the delivery men had to briefly remove the door from the hinges. They informed me that this was quite common with this type of French door fridge and, as a result, had much experience with this sort of thing and made quick work of removing and replacing our front door.
Also, don't forget to buy a new braided water line required to connect the fridge to your house water line. The delivery company told me they could not use my existing copper water line or it would void the warranty on the fridge. Of course I forgot, but luckily the delivery company carried extra hoses with them that I could purchase for a nominal fee.
