“Has anyone experienced problems with frost in the freezer? We have the side by side model and its an issue for us and are considering this one instead. Also, any feedback on Samsung service requests?”

We have not experienced that problem with ours. We are very pleased with our purchase. The easy access is what caught our eye immediately and we find that's a great feature.
