I'm happy to help with this! For this model, tapping the "Water/Ice" button will cycle through the dispenser options of chilled water, cubed ice, or crushed ice. You should see icons that look like cups filled with the corresponding choice light up as you tap through the options. The word "filter" is an icon that will light up after about 6 months to indicate that it is time to change the water filter. Once you change the filter, you can reset the indicator light so that it will be off until time to change the filter again. ^Jecca
