• Hi JasonM, Let us help you get the details you need. You can dispense chilled water, cubed ice, or crushed ice. To dispense, press Water/Ice. The corresponding indicator turns on. We don't have a way to compare the chilled water to Arrowhead top-load water dispenser. Have a great day. Melardo
