Hi Perk, We understand the difficulty you are experiencing with your Samsung refrigerator model RFG298 series. We are here to help. There are several reasons why water is pooled into your crisp drawers and the common reasons are leaks from the water filter/back wall and or condensation. I have shared a Samsung link below to guide you on what to check for. The link has 4 radio buttons you can choose from, we recommend going through the second, third, and fourth selections. The third and fourth selection has an embedded video we encourage you to watch in full. I have shared this model's user manual link. Please turn to page 22 for the water filter indicator and page 36 for replacing the water filter. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201012/20101211161106275/DA68-01847A_EN.pdf Below is the Samsung link for the compatible water filter model for your refrigerator model. https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/home-appliances-accessories/refrigerators/hafcu1-water-filter-hafcu1-xaa/ Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1.
