A:AnswerOn the Samsung you have to purge it. Fill 2 gillions of water and dump it out , that's so it wont leak , and the icemaker 2 cup of ice and dump it out and ours worked fine. Before we did that the water would leak and the icemaker would not work correctly. But you have to wait 2 hrs before you can do the water and 4 hrs before the icemaker.

A:AnswerYou definitely have to hunt on the Samsung website, the link just takes you to their "find resources"... I am hunting now, as we have the same problem, and what I thought was 2 white tabs in the back on top of the glass that may flip up, I broke one off. That and the whole thing lifts and you have to unscrew the what panel that connects to the back of the fridge. In other words, cleaning the glass for this type of issue is going to be a major pain.
